How to get Multiple Job Offers ?

Hey there! Welcome again if you read me before and came across again. I know you are preparing the best for your job interviews, and need to get one, of course that's why you kept yourself on search mode, right?

The best part is, you can get guidance from everywhere on the internet. When I started in my initial career, I got a-lot rejections due to my low skills and poor communications.

See, you can't get selected if you just need a job. You get selected when you have something to show-off in a positive way. So, it's not like you go to the market with your needs, you have to go to the market with your skills. Cause market is not a place where your emotions works, this is the place where your qualities get checked.

Everyone is not equally valuable in the market; your value changes form person to person, from skills to skills. You are not paid for just showing at the workplace, you are paid for what value you bring to the table, which adds the profit in the market or the company.

One of the great skill you can have to get multiple offers is a great communication skill. Cause market doesn't respond to your needs, it responds on your skills. So if you work on your skills you will be valuable and will be welcome to the organization and will be asset there and get multiple job offers.

I shared you all this to let you know how necessary for you to enhancing your skill sets. Raise your bar and work on your skills, I don't want you to do the mistakes I did. Polish your skills and automatically you will get multiple offers at the initial stage of your career.

So, let's explore some short steps on how you can do that:

1- Clarify Your Career Goal:

Before choosing your career or applying for anything, know what you are looking for. Like I was not aware what exactly I wanted to enter in, and I chose Banking sector and ended up getting frustrated. You know why? Because I was not made for that. I loved reading from class 11th, but I was not paying attention on my this quality.

But now I am writing, I don't get a sign of irritation anymore. So first you have to find which field you want to step in. Then you can enhance your skills in the sector you are deeply interested and bingo! You are going to get paid for what you love to do.

2- Apply Strategically, Not Randomly:

Do not apply anywhere and everywhere. Just apply 20 to 25 well chosen companies or positions over a month. Get your focus on the position, where responsibilities will matches your criteria 70 to 80%.

Target on mix of company sizes for speedy responses. The Startups are often faster than large industries.

3- Master The Interview Process:

Once you get a decent job offer, your goal should be conversion.

Research about the company as I told in my a-lot articles, you can check those out just by visiting jobdekhiye.com. As we are up-to an interview question answer series, you can get everything at one place.

So, come to the point now, research about the company all inside out. Also research about the hiring manager who is going to interview you, take good knowledge about them so you can appear in-front of them with confidence.

4- Follow up and Stay Professional:

Even if you reject an offer or they rejected you, doesn't matter, it happens while searching for the best one, so no worries!

Still thank them for their time by writing a thank you mail. Express your appreciation and interest that you loved that conversation with them and show interest in staying in touch while maintaining your professionalism.

This positive attitude can bring you so much more than you expected in future. You never know where your paths may cross again when you will take the further step in your career!
