Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO listing at 15% premium
Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO (Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO) has been listed on the stock exchange. The stock has been listed at a premium of 14% from the IPO price. The stock has been listed at Rs 271 on BSE and Rs 271 on NSE as well. The company had fixed the IPO price band at Rs 216-237. After a good listing, the stock is now trading at Rs 277 with a gain of 17.19 per cent due to buying in the stock of Dharmaj Crop Guard.
The IPO received a great response
The IPO received a great response from investors. The IPO was oversubscribed 35.49 times in total. The reserve quota for institutional investors was subscribed 48.21 times, non-institutional investors’ quota 52.29 times and retail investors’ quota 21.53 times. While the reserved category for the employees of the company was subscribed 7.48 times. A total of 80,12,990 shares were issued for application in the IPO and bids came for 28,43,58,360 shares. The company raised Rs 251 crore through the IPO. The IPO of Dharmaj Crop Guard was open for applications from investors from 28 to 30 November 2022. In the Rs 251 crore IPO, Rs 216 crore has been raised in the form of fresh issue, while the promoters have sold shares worth Rs 35.15 crore under the offer for sale.
